General Questions
Q) Why doesn't the radio station start right away when I click on the "Listen Live" link on www.kix106online.com?
A) In order for us to stream our radio station on the website, we need to sell advertising to recover some of the hard costs. This includes selling a commercial that airs while the station stream is "loading" for you to hear. If you would rather skip the commercial, simply hit "skip". If not, the station will start automatically after the commercial.
Q) In the past I was always able to access the "Listen Live" feature. Now however, I am not. Why?
A) If you see a blank window appear when clicking on Listen Live, then your system is configured to block all ads from being served; thus you're not able to access the feed. If this is the case please contact us.
Loyalty Club/ Prize Pick-up Questions
Q) When are new items added to the KIX Country Club Store? And how is it possible the items sell out so quickly?
A) This is probably the most asked question that we receive here at KIX 106.7 FM. The items go UP in the store every week on Friday -- teasing what is coming up for that following week. We are trying to accomodate everyone with prizes, but our database continues to grow and once an item is featured in the KIX Country Club Store, there's no stopping how quickly our members use their points for the items. Unfortunately, we do not have a massive inventory of prizes, and we are trying to do the best with what we have.
Q) I have recently won a contest with KIX 106.7 FM. Am I eligible for any other contests?
A) Yes. If you have won an Enter to Win Contest on the KIX Country Club you CAN win again with no time restrictions! Enjoy.
Q) I haven't received any points for signing up. Why?
A) The reason for this may be because you haven't entered the code that was provided in the first e-mail you received. You can enter this code and all others under Earn Points and clicking on Bonus Codes.
Q) Am I eligible if my postal code is not in the Rules section?
A) No. If your residential postal code isn't listed in our rules section that you are not eligable to be a member of the KIX Country Club.
Q) How can I collect my prize?
A) If you have won a prize through the KIX 106 Country Club you may pick up your prizes (make sure to bring photo ID) at 305 King Street West. The hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Any thing purchased or won through The KIX 106 Country Club can be picked up two business days following the date of purchase.
