Neil Beaumont aka Boomer, born in Oakville. He was raised in Guelph and is a veteran broadcaster. He has had 28 years on air in the Kitchener Waterloo Guelph and Cambridge area and has twice been nominated as music director of the year.
Neil is a father of a wonderful young man, 18 year old Cameron, Boomer's pride and joy. Enjoys sports, reading, movies and of course...loves Country Music. Most memorable country moment...Neil’s parents took him to Opryland at the age of 16 wher Minnie Pearl and Roy Acuff sang happy birthday to him as he stood on the stage of the Grand ol Opry. He loves Martina McBride, Dixie Chicks, Shania Twain, Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins, Alan Jackson.
